I am a Kant scholar by training, and have published a number of articles on Kant's practical philosophy. My research interests are Political Philosophy, Moral Philosophy, Legal Philosophy, and History of Philosophy.

I have recently started a new research project entitled Common Possession of the Earth and Territorial Rights, which explores a Kantian account of territorial rights. I am also working on a book manuscript entitled Happiness in Kant's Moral, Legal and Political Theory, based on my doctoral dissertation at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.

On the 5th-6th May 2017, I will be organising a research workshop entitled Private Property and Territorial Rights, exploring the relationship between these two concepts and combining political philosophy, legal philosophy, and history of philosophy.

I am also the convenor of the panel Realism and Idealism in Kant's Political Thought (with Daniel Peres, Salvador, Brazil) at the European Consortium for Political Research 2017 at the University of Oslo, Norway. We are part of the section entitled Kant on Political Change, organised by the ECPR Kantian Standing Group.
